POLINA ELLIS’s website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of and Conditions and any other rules posted on our website. POLINA ELLIS reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company assumes the obligation to update this document in case of any change or addition to the terms.
Privacy Policy
In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. This information will in no way be disclosed, transferred, or sold to a third party unless imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc.).
Orders
All orders are shipped out of our showroom in Kifissia, Athens, Greece. Prices and invoices include the current official Greek VAT (Value Added Tax) and are denominated in Euros.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Our quality control check, before dispatching an order, might also prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards, in which case you will be notified accordingly.
POLINA ELLIS offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our showroom. Occasionally however, some of our items may be:
Products in Stock
Products for sale that are in stock are available for dispatch from our showroom within 2-3 working days. For any order cancellation in these products or change of address or payment, you may email info@polinaellis.com. This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.
Products in our production chain.
In this case the product will be tagged with the label “producing”. You have the possibility of making an advance payment of 20% of the product value, for an advance purchase, by contacting our customer service. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once the item is ready for delivery (max 1 month). Your rights regarding an advance purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at POLINA ELLIS. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of selected items not held in stock. In this case we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site, and proceed to the payment. For any order cancellation in these products or change of address or payment, you may email info@polinaellis.com.
This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.
Custom made Products
In this case it will be tagged with the label “custom made product”.
For custom made product you make an advance payment of 50% of the product value, by contacting our customer service. The rest of the amount has to be paid the day of delivery (max 1 month). These orders with custom made items are Non-Returnable and Refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product. For any order cancellation in these products you may email info@polinaellis.com within one day from your advanced payment. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible. For any change of address or payment in these products you may email info@polinaellis.com. This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no changes to your order are possible.
Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted:

You can choose to pay with your credit card via PayPal even if you don’t have a Paypal account

POLINA ELLIS welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified PayPal account is registered with.
- Cash on Delivery
Paying cash on delivery is free of charge and is available only in Greece for orders up to 500 Euros. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery by the COURIER or our authorized personnel. Please ensure that someone will be present between 9 am and 5 pm to sign and pay for the delivery.

Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping in Greece is free for orders over 100 Euros. For orders fewer than 100 Euros there is a flat fee of 4 Euros (including cash on delivery).

POLINA ELLIS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days for items in ‘stock’. Orders must placed by 1.00 pm (CET) for same day dispatch upon request. Orders placed on Friday (after 1pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next working day. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays.
The orders for items in ‘producing’ will be dispatched in 7 working days with maximum period one month and the orders for items in ‘custom made’ will be dispatched in 15-20 days with maximum period 1 month.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. POLINA ELLIS shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order.
Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your redelivery.
GIFTS
All of our items are prepared as a gift. However, during checkout, you have the option to state whether you would like a gift exchange card in case the recipient wishes to exchange their gift for another product. You also have the option to include a handwritten personal message. If your order is comprised of different gifts please mention it in the order’s comments.
You may also choose to send your gift directly to the recipient. In this case, please fill in the recipient’s details in the Shipping Information during checkout and we will notify you by email when the recipient has received your gift. We will also send you directly the invoice of the gift by email.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date (less original shipping and handling fees) In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag, original packaging and any enclosed documentation
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labeled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns.
Custom made products are not returnable and refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product.
POLINA ELLIS reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
- Product exchange
Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
- Store Credit
Store credit can be used on a future order within 6 months of the return.
- Refund
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, PayPal or bank account used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or Credit Card Company.
Refunds are not possible for sale items and for orders paid with interest-free installment.
Return Fees
Orders must be returned using the stated carrier using our account.
The return fee will amount to the same shipping fee paid for receiving your order.
Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale from: USA, Canada, Mexico & Rest of the World.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
E-mail to info@polinaellis.com within 7 working days of receiving your order.
You will then receive an email confirming your return request, information and instructions in how to arrange your return collection.
Confirm your chosen compensation method.
Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.
GIFT RETURNS
If you received a gift and would like to return it simply follow the instructions in the Gift Exchange Card included in your gift. Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Store credit and refunds do not apply.
