Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date (less original shipping and handling fees) In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag, original packaging and any enclosed documentation Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labeled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns. Custom made products are not returnable and refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product. POLINA ELLIS reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Return Fees
Orders must be returned using the stated carrier using our account. The return fee will amount to the same shipping fee paid for receiving your order. You will then receive an email confirming your return request, information and instructions in how to arrange your return collection. Confirm your chosen compensation method.
